is the procedure for an Estate Sale with Trunk
Full of Treasures?
There
is a no-cost consultation to assess the size
and value of the sale. Some of the valuables
may require auction or consignment.
Based
on the assessment, we will set the date for
the sale.
We will bring in tables and showcases to display
the items for sale.
We empty cabinets, closets and drawers so all
items can be seen.
After
displaying the items, we price everything. Pricing
is based on our knowledge of the market place
and research. We use various resources and have
a network of individuals with expertise in specific
areas to determine the value of items.
We
write and place all advertising and send out
announcements to our expanding email list.
We
provide additional staff to answer questions
and assist customers on the day of the sale.
Our business continues to build from referrals and 'word of mouth' advertising.
